*Same-day Delivery is being offered to Toronto and its surrounding metro area. Orders placed by 11:30am ET will be delivered by 9pm ET. Orders placed after 11:30am ET will be shipped the next day. Same-day Delivery is available Monday – Friday to locations most days of the year with limited availability on certain high-volume shopping days. Not available on holidays.

What if I am not certain of my size?

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?.
We accept returns on unworn/unwashed full priced items with original tags attached within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please email email@example.com, include your order ID and the items which you wish to return, we will immediately respond by email with a return label. Print the return label, affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest Post Office. The original method of payment will be credited once we have received the package at our warehouse.
Returns are free of charge in Canada. Please allow 10 - 14 days for a full refund.
**At this time we do not accept exchanges or returns from the U.S. or internationally.
IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLINE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN IT TO THE STORE?
If you live near a GOTSTYLE™ location and would like to return or exchange an item ordered online, please bring your original receipt and the unworn/unwashed items with the original tags attached to one of our locations within 7 days of the invoice date. A store credit may be issued for returns up to 14 days. After 14 days all purchases are final sale.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?
Our online team takes every precaution to ensure that all items are correct and free of defects before shipping. If there is a problem with an item, please contact us via telephone 416-260-9696 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive a replacement or refund. Our team must be notified within 15 days of defect items.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO TRACK MY ORDER? IS MY ORDER INSURED?
All orders placed with GOTSTYLE are assigned a tracking number and provide insurance for the cost of your package. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number, allowing you to check the progress of your shipment.
WHAT ARE GOTSTYLE'S ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT?
GOTSTYLE™ accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your method of payment to ensure the transaction will be processed. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. The charges will then appear on your statement.
HOW MUCH TAX/DUTY IS CHARGED ON MY PURCHASE?
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax.
Orders within Canada shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST
- British Columbia are subject to 12% HST
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories only subject to 5% GST
For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult the customs legislations of your country. GOTSTYLE™ is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees or shipment delays due to customs.
