Staff Pick: Transitional Attire F/W'13 Sneak Peek
Ok, lets face it. The trees are slowly starting to change colour, CNE officially opens in a few days and we’ve already started to receiving some of our Fall merchandise. We hate to say it but Summer is almost over. But, recognizing the crazy Toronto weather we have we know that there are going to be a few (hopefully several) hot days still to come and realistically speaking probably several (hopefully few) cold days and evenings. Keeping that in mind we asked our Gotstyle stylist to pull together some great transitional looks that can keep you cool during the day and warm during the night.
MAXIM
Here is a great look that is can take you from day time work casual to cool dinner date out on the town. I’ve offered some great fall inspired dress shirts that are easy to dress up or down when paired them with a great dark denim, and a deconstructed blazer. The blazer is a great touch because it’s unlined so not to make you too hot during the day, yet warm enough for those cool evenings.
DARIA
No matter the season I love a man in a well tailored suit which is why I picked this grey striped suit by Lab by Pal Zileri for Fall. Ideal for the corporate boardroom and/or your friends Fall wedding, this is great suit for any guy looking to make a statement.
NEALE
I’m all bout functional fashion. During the day throw on this great lightweight knit top by Tiger of sweden with some John Varvatos stretch denim and if need be depending on the occasion add this unlined plaid jacket by Vito. All these elements work really well together because they are breathable, yet fashionable making you look and feel great.
