Thankfully, Justin Timberlake escaped the *NSYNC days. After serving a solid five-year sentence of wearing baggy pants, spiked hair, and horrible coordinating costumes of the ’90s, he has slowly but surely morphed into a dapper, always polished, very contemporary man. Sometimes he makes it hard to remember this era even happened.

JT says his style wasn’t the result of a really good stylist, it was a natural process. We become adults and slowly start to feel more like ourselves, we stop switching between styles once we’ve found our true look. His true look? Sexy, confident, very dapper.

The main ingredients to his look? Confidence and swagger. This look is for a guy who wears the clothes, not the other way around. If you’ve got that, the next step is mixing classic pieces with contemporary touches. Like the camel suit with blue shirt and black tie, or opting for a bowtie instead of a tie. It’s all in the details.

Less clean and more detailed than previous Celeb Style guys Ryan Gosling and Jude Law, his casual looks are always full of texture and detail. This doesn’t mean you need an endless wardrobe fund, it means you need to get skilled with mixing and matching, and buying versatile items.
