HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

We aim to ship items from our warehouse as quickly as possible, within 1-2 business days. Items should arrive within 7 business days to any major metropolitan area in Canada. Items sent internationally should be received within 10 business days to major metropolitan areas. Please note that items shipped to rural areas may require longer delivery times.

GOTSTYLE™ frequently ships to Canada and U.S.A. International orders may also be placed online at Gotstyle.ca. Please contact shop@gotstyle.ca for country specific shipping information and rates.
 
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO TRACK MY ORDER? IS MY ORDER INSURED?

All orders placed with Gotstyle.ca are assigned a tracking number and provide insurance for the cost of your package. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number, allowing you to check the progress of your shipment.

WHAT ARE GOTSTYLE'S ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT?
 
GOTSTYLE™ accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your method of payment to ensure the transaction will be processed. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. The charges will then appear on your statement.

HOW MUCH TAX/DUTY IS CHARGED ON MY PURCHASE?

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax.
Orders shipped to:
 
• Quebec are subject to 14.975% HST
• British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.
• Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
• Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
• Any other Canadian provinces or territories only subject to 5% GST

DUTY

For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult the customs legislations of your country. GOTSTYLE™ is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees or shipment delays due to customs.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

The team at GOTSTYLE strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns or exchanges on regular price unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of the purchase date. Credit notes or exchanges are granted within 14 days of the purchase date.  Shoes must be received unworn and without marks in their original box. Please note that returns are free within Canada. Currently, we are unable to accept returns from the U.S.
HOLIDAY RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY 2016
Returns with original receipt will be accepted until January 4th. Exchanges or store credits will be accepted will January 11th. 

IN STORE RETURNS
If you would like to make a return or exchange in person at one of our stores, we encourage you to visit.
 Please bring with you the original receipt and unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached to one of our two locations within 7 days of purchase. A store credit may be issued for in-store returns 7+ days from the purchase date. Please note that after 14 days all merchandise is final sale.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
Sale merchandise is FINAL Sale. Price adjustments will be granted within 7 days from the date on your receipt. We can only make adjustments on items that were purchased at full price.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@gotstyle.ca.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@gotstyle.ca.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
 
1. Please email returns@gotstyle.ca, include your order ID and specify the item(s) you wish to return.


2. Our team will respond in a timely manner, via email, with a return label.


 
3. Print the return label and attach it to your return package
. Drop off at the nearest post office to be sent back to GOTSTYLE. 
 
*The original method of payment will be refunded once our warehouse has received your returned package.
 
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

It is easy to cancel or make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to assist you. You may view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" link. Please note that it is not possible to make changes or cancel an order if the shipping process has commenced.
